Step 2: Golden Milk Turmeric + Kefir
- 1 quart plain organic kefir
- 1 prepared turmeric paste
- 1 coconut oil
- 1 honey (raw and unpasteurized)
- Using a food processor, mix all ingredients until well-blended. You can also mix by hand in a bowl.
- Keep the mixture refrigerated.
